Professional Leather Filler – Italian Formula for Premium Leather Repair

Trusted by tanneries. Perfected for DIY leather restoration.

Our Leather Filler Compound is a professional-grade, high-performance leather and vinyl repair solution imported from Italy—the same compound used by European tanneries during the leather finishing process to correct natural hide imperfections. Whether you're fixing cracks, scratches, scuffs, holes, or tears in leather or vinyl, this filler delivers exceptional adhesion, flexibility, and durability with a smooth, natural leather feel.

  • ✅ Premium Italian Formula – Used by leather tanneries for professional hide correction
  • ✅ High Solid Content – Builds quickly for fast repairs
  • ✅ Air-Dry or Low-Heat Cure – No special equipment required
  • ✅ Dye-Compatible – Can be mixed with or layered under our Leather Dye Colorant
  • ✅ Sands Smooth – Easily finish with 600-grit sandpaper for a flawless surface
  • ✅ Multi-Surface Use – Works on finished leather, vinyl, bonded leather, and more

How to Use: Quick Application Guide

  1. Clean the Surface: Use Color Prep & Cleaner to remove dirt, oils, or residue.
  2. Apply Filler: Using a palette knife or your preferred tool, apply a thin coat of the filler to the damaged area. Allow to air dry (around an hour) or use low heat for quicker curing. Repeat until filler is level with the surrounding/undamaged leather.
  3. Sand: Once sufficiently built up and cured, lightly smooth with 600-grit sandpaper.
  4. Add Color:
    • For standard use: Apply your Leather Dye Colorant over the cured filler.
    • For Aniline Dye: Pre-tint the filler before application. Once dry, the filler will not absorb dye as it is non-porous.
⚠️ Filler dries to a pasty white color – Leather Dye Colorant is required to match the surrounding leather.
