General Return Guidelines

Return Window: Returns must be initiated and received at our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date.

Product Condition: Only unopened, unused, and resellable products are eligible for a refund. Used or partially used products cannot be returned.

Return Label: Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label.
Refund Details

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Paid Shipping: Any shipping fees paid during the original order (such as expedited, priority, or standard paid shipping) are non-refundable, but are not deducted again from the refund.

Free Shipping Orders: If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost we incurred to ship your order will be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee.
Refund Calculation
Your refund amount is determined using the following formula:
Refund = (Order Total) – (20% Restocking Fee) – (Outbound Shipping Cost, if free shipping was received)

If you paid for shipping: The shipping fee is non-refundable, but no additional deduction is made.

If you received free shipping: The actual outbound shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
This formula is provided to ensure transparency in how your refund is calculated.
Exclusions
- Custom color-matched leather dyes are not eligible for return or refund.
- Opened kits, containers, or partially used products cannot be returned.
How to Process a Return
- Ensure the product meets the eligibility criteria stated above.
- Contact our customer service team via email at sales@leatherworldtech.com to initiate the return process.
- Ship the product back to the provided address using your own shipping label.
Exchanges
For merchandise exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs on the new order and must cover shipping to our warehouse.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, either contact us at sales@leatherworldtech.com or submit a request from your account before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You may use the following model withdrawal statement:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [product name(s)], ordered on [order date], received on [delivery date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]."
Once you notify us, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom color-matched leather dyes which are color matched and formulated to a non-standard leather color sample supplied by the customer
