Return Window: Returns must be initiated and received at our warehouse within30 days of the delivery date.
Product Condition: Only unopened, unused, and resellable products are eligible for a refund. Used or partially used products cannot be returned.
Return Label: Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label.

Restocking Fee: A20% restocking feewill be deducted from the refund amount.
Original Shipping Cost:Any shipping costs paid during the original order are non-refundable.

Custom color-matched leather dyes are not eligible for return or refund.
Opened kits, containers, or partially used products cannot be returned.
