this sponge works. One comes with the kit but with left over product you'll want one for later.

Perfectly porous sponge that gets precisely the amount of dye you need for quality results. The stiffness is also just right for dyeing. I've tried quite a few on my BMW and this one is definitely a leader. Restoring an old classy leather can be tricky, but my sand beige armrest looks like it just left the factory. Same color everywhere, no over-saturated or under-saturated areas, leather texture stayed perfect.

Delivery is lightning fast. Ordered it on Friday and Monday morning it was by my door.

Sponge, along with dye colorant and cleaner worked superbly to repair and dye my sofa! My order arrived within 2 days also!

I am glad to share my experience. I refinished a soft and arm chair, drivers seat of an SUV and recently recolored my Jaguar seats. The dye works beyond my expectations. The filler works well but does not look like it will hold up over the long term on my SUV seat - but it looks 100% better than before and short of replacing the leather seat in my SUV it works great! It is amazing when something works so well, it really surprised me.

I think the sponges will work great.
