Leather World Technologies Dye Colorant that is included in your kit is a True Water-Based All-In-One professional grade top coating leather dye. This means your adhesion properties, the color and your top coat are all included in one easy step. If you would like to make your leather even more durable for high use items we recommend looking at our top of the line Top Coat. This product will help add sheen if needed as it comes in Low, Semi and High gloss and will add an extra clear protective coat for even the heaviest of uses. Restoration kit
First it was easy to apply and the color matched perfect. I did apply a few coats on the seat and they pretty much look new. I will use it again on another vehicle that I have.

Leather Recolor Kit
Tested this kit on a small upholstery sample to start, and it worked so well that I quickly moved to the dash pad I was recoloring for the truck I am building. Following the instructions provided, I was able to completely transform the leather dash pad from a murky, dark brown to BMW's Cinnamon color. The color and dye provided by Leather World Tech was spot on to the color I was looking for, and the process couldn't have been easier! Going from such a dark color that I started with to the brighter, more orange/brown color I wanted did require many successive, light coats as suggested in the instructions (about 12 coats actually, with the provided sponge applicator) but it's well worth the patience. I found a hair dryer set on low fan speed with the highest heat setting helped accelerate the drying the process in between coats. Just fan it over the part or upholstery and try to keep it even! Thank you Leather World, this couldn't have gone better!

Alabaster leather dye for a Lexus
I had a spot on my passenger-side seat and the drivers side side where I get in and out. I put 3 coats of the dye on and it looks like new again! Would definitely recommend
